Dr JackHOPPERHOPPER - DR JACK, On Saturday April 15, 2017. Jack peacefully passed away aged 91 years. The beloved husband of the late Gladys. Much loved by his family and friends. A service will take place at St Leonards Church, Baldserstone, Blackburn BB2 7LL on Tuesday 16th May at 11.00am prior to cremation at Pleasington Crematorium, Blackburn BB2 5LE.
